In our continued efforts to support our growing customer base and maintain excellent levels of service, on March 1, 2012 we will be implementing a change to our online voice mail management feature.

(This change will affect any VoiceNation customer who accesses their messages and faxes online through the dashboard. This change DOES NOT apply to live answering messages that are also accessible online. This change also DOES NOT affect you getting your messages or faxes emailed to you or accessing messages over the phone.)

Beginning March 1, all messages and faxes will be accessible online via the dashboard for up to 90 days. Once a message or fax has been on the dashboard for 90 days it will be automatically deleted from your online access.

This also means that any older messages or faxes that you have online that are older than December 1, 2011 will also be deleted on March 1, 2012.

Please make arrangements prior to March 1, to save any messages or faxes you have online that you do not want to be deleted from the online dashboard. This can be done by clicking the save option next to the play button.
