Around Thanksgiving we understand your life gets a little busier and your business may get overwhelming. That is why we want to help make Thanksgiving relaxing and enjoyable again. There is no need to worry because we’ve got your calls while you eat way too much turkey and while you take the “food coma” nap after too!

We understand jumping into the world of using an answering service can be a little spooky and intimidating to people that have never used one or heard “horror stories”.

Let’s admit it, working in the world of technology and managing a Help Desk can be rough. With everyone so connected at all times these days you have to be on your toes 24/7. Tech trends do not show this slowing down at all.

On October 4th at approximately 10:30am, Level3, a  major internet and phone services provider, experienced a major outage with nationwide impact. Throughout the years I've been fortunate enough to be employed by companies that I loved working for (shout-out VoiceNation). I have also worked at jobs that I've just barely tolerated. Event Planners/Coordinators not only have the normal birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and expos to plan but also all of the holiday events for example- end of the year parties. Not to mention their own holiday parties, shopping, and planning to do. How do they get everything done?

Saturdays and Sundays in the South during the fall are like rites of passage for most people growing up. If you grew up in the South then you probably already know where I am going with this. If not, you probably still do because many areas are the same way. One word...football. Football is one of the ultimate team sports.

Oh, the dreaded job hunt. We've all been there. You put a lot of effort into revising your resume, and spend hours applying for jobs. You update your email address that you got when you were 14 from HorseLoverGirl08@aol.com to something more mature with your actual first and last name. You wait weeks for a response, when suddenly, the phone rings!

For example at work when someone at the office brings in donuts and you are on a diet, so you persuade one of your office friends to eat one with you so you feel less guilty about it. Okay there are more serious aspects of persuasion than that and maybe that one is a little relatable for me.
