The first thing you'll do is choose your own toll free or local number from thousands of cities nationwide.
Additional phone numbers can be selected during sign-up for just $5 each per month. These "direct dial" numbers are great for tracking unique marketing campaigns under different phone numbers. Then submit your order.
Complete The Online Setup Wizard
Once you've placed your order, you will immediately receive an email with the activation link to our online setup wizard. Once you confirm instructions on how you'd like our operators to handle your calls, you will be up and running instantly.
Start Taking Calls
Once you complete the activation link, your account is active per the instructions you provided. Our live operators will be answering your calls live. Your phone number can be published or you can forward your existing number to the VoiceNation number. We are available 24/7/365 including holidays and weekends. Forward your calls to us anytime you need us.
Voila! At this point you're live and we're answering calls the way you want.
Now that you're live, you can make all changes to your 24 hour answering service account online via VoiceNation's online management dashboard. The dashboard gives you complete control to update your call script, change forwarding numbers, update account information, view your call reports in real time, and much more!

Instant Activation FAQs
Is there a contract with the instantly activated accounts? No. All VoiceNation's services and plans are month to month.
Is there a setup fee? There is no setup fee associated with our 30 for 30 Quick Start plan. The initial investment to get started includes the first and last month payment.
How much are additional minutes if I go over my plan minutes? All plans have an additional per minute rate of .95 cents per minute. All minutes are billed on 1 second increments.
What phone number do I give out? You will choose your own local phone number in the city of your choice, or select a toll free number during the quick sign up process. You can either give this number out or have your own existing phone number forwarded to your VoiceNation number.
Once I place my order, how long until I can use the service? Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation with your new phone number and activation link to our online setup wizard within a few seconds. Once you have confirmed account details and instructions, our live operators will be answering your calls live.
